Pamela Brown is the Head of Social & Economic Regeneration. She is responsible for ensuring the delivery of training, employment and business opportunities, maximising community participation and ensuring that all activities are monitored and evaluated. Pamela reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Judy Barrow is the Sustainability Manager.  She is responsible for community participation, external funding, monitoring and evaluation, and contributing to local and national policies especially links to community planning. Judy reports to the Head of Corporate Affairs.

Stevie Newns is the Contract Manager for the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  He is responsible for training in construction.  Stevie reports to the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration.

Development Manager

Nicole DeBrincat is the Development Manager for the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  She is responsible for supporting the beneficiaries to secure employment along with developing and liaising with local employers to maximise employment opportunities for the trainees.  Nicole reports to the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration.

John Connor is the Public Realm Co-ordinator for the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  He is responsible for training in amenity horticulture.  John reports to the Contract Manager.

Alister Sinclair is the Construction Supervisor for the Sustainable Community Enterprise. He is responsible for the supervision of all construction training. Alister reports to the Contract Manager.

Laura Jaffrey is the Administrator of the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  She is responsible for all administrative duties at the Community Enterprise working closely with the Managers and the Co-ordinator.  Laura reports to the Development Manager.

Kevin Braidwood is the Head of Physical Built Environment.  He is responsible for the successful delivery of the design and construction works as part of the regeneration of Raploch.  Kevin reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Marjorie Sloan is the Head of Corporate Affairs.  Marjorie is responsible for the Finance, Legal and Information Technology functions of the company.  Marjorie reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Lorraine Bryce is the Business Operations Manager.  She is responsible for office policies and procedures, HR and managing the admin team.  Lorraine also administers the marketing and PR functions of the company.  Lorraine reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Cara Cameron is the temporary Business Operations Manager taking over from Lorraine Bryce.  She is responsible for office policies and procedures, HR and managing the admin team.  Cara also administers the marketing and PR functions of the company.  Cara reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Administration Support Team Leader

Kathleen McNee is the Administration Support Team Leader.  She is involved in all aspects of the running of the office and works closely with the other members of the Business Operations Team, to support the Chief Executive, Managers and other Team Members. Kathleen also assists with the Health & Safety aspects of the company.  Kathleen reports to the Business Operations Manager.

Recruitment Manager

Cheryl Sutherland is the Recruitment Manager and is responsible for ensuring that the Training and Employment and Small Business elements of the Community Benefit in Procurement Clause are delivered and recorded timeously and successfully.  She is also responsible for the day to day management of the Recruitment Office. Cheryl reports to the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration.
