Bob Laverty is the Chief Executive of the URC. He is responsible for the successful delivery of the regeneration of Raploch and reports to the URC Board.

Head of Social & Economic Regeneration

 
Pamela Brown is the Head of Social & Economic Regeneration at the URC.  She is responsible for ensuring the delivery of training, employment and business opportunities, maximising community participation and ensuring that all activities are monitored and evaluated.  Pamela reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Sustainability Manager

Judy Barrow is the Sustainability Manager of the URC.  She is responsible for community participation, external funding, monitoring and evaluation, and contributing to local and national policies especially links to community planning. Judy reports to the Head of Economic and Social Regeneration.

Contracts Manager

Stevie Newns is the Contracts Manager for the Sustainable Community Enterprise Team.  He is responsible for training in construction.  Stevie reports to the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration.

Development Manager

Nicole Smith is the Development Manager at Raploch Community Enterprise.  She is responsible for supporting the beneficiaries to secure employment along with developing and liaising with local employers to maximise employment opportunities for the trainees.  Nicole reports to the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration.

Public Realm Coordinator

John Connor is the Public Realm Co-ordinator for the Community Enterprise Team.  He is responsible for training in amenity horticulture.  John reports to the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration.

Laura Jaffrey is the Administrator of the Sustainable Community Enterprise Team.  She is responsible for all administrative duties at the Community Enterprise working closely with the Managers and the Co-ordinator.  Laura reports to the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration.

Head of Physical Built Environment

Kevin Braidwood is the Head of Physical Built Environment at the URC.  He is responsible for the successful delivery of the design and construction works as part of the regeneration of Raploch.  Kevin reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Marjorie Sloan is the Head of Corporate Affairs at Raploch URC Ltd.  Marjorie is responsible for the Finance, Legal and Information Technology functions of the company.  Marjorie reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Business Operations Manager

Lorraine Bryce is the Business Operations Manager.  She is responsible for office policies and procedures, HR and managing the admin team.  Lorraine also administers the marketing and PR functions of the company.  Lorraine reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Administration Support Team Leader

Kathleen McNee is the Administration Support Team Leader.  She is involved in all aspects of the running of the URC office and works closely with the other members of the Business Operations Team, to support the Chief Executive, Managers and other Team Members. Kathleen reports to the Business Operations Manager.

Lynne Walker is the Administrator at the URC.  She is involved in all aspects of the running of the URC office and works closely with the other members of the Business Operations Team to support the Chief Executive, Managers and other Team Members.  Lynne also assists with the marketing and pr functions of the company.  Lynne reports to the Business Operations Manager.

Recruitment Manager

Cheryl Sutherland is the Recruitment Manager and is responsible for ensuring that the Training and Employment and Small Business elements of the Community Benefit Clause are delivered and recorded timeously and successfully, and is also responsible for the day to day management of the Recruitment Office. Cheryl reports to the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration.

Carol McGhee is the Administrator of the Recruitment Office. She is responsible for all administrative duties at the Recruitment Office working closely with the Recruitment Manager and the Resource Centre Manager. Carol reports to the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration.
