Pamela Brown is the Head of Social & Economic Regeneration. She is responsible for ensuring the delivery of training, employment and business opportunities, maximising community participation and ensuring that all activities are monitored and evaluated. Pamela reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Community Enterprise Manager

Nicole DeBrincat is the Community Enterprise Manager for the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  She is responsible for developing the Community Enterprise Learning Centre and managing the delivery of the practical contracts. Nicole reports to the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration.

Stevie Newns is the Senior Trainer for the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  He is responsible for overseeing the training in horticulture and construction.  Stevie reports to the Community Enterprise Manager.

John Connor is a Trainer for the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  He is responsible for training in amenity horticulture.  John reports to the Community Enterprise Manager.

Alister Sinclair is a Trainer for the Sustainable Community Enterprise. He is responsible for the supervision of all construction training. Alister reports to the Community Enterprise Manager.

Sean is responsible for supervising a small squad of trainees whilst undertaking practical contract work.  Sean reports to the Community Enterprise Manager.

Kevin Braidwood is the Head of Physical Built Environment.  He is responsible for the successful delivery of the design and construction works as part of the regeneration of Raploch.  Kevin reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Marjorie Sloan is the Head of Corporate Affairs.  Marjorie is responsible for the Finance, Legal and Information Technology functions of the company.  Marjorie reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Office Manager

Cara Cameron is the Office Manager.  She is responsible for office policies and procedures, HR and managing the admin team.  Cara also administers the marketing and PR functions of the company.  Cara reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Carol McGhee is the Administrator of the URC. She divides her time between the URC and the Community Enterprise and is responsible for the administrative duties at both offices.  Carol reports to the Office Manager.

Laura Jaffrey is the Administrator for the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  She is responsible for all administrative duties at the Community Enterprise working closely with the Manager, Trainers and Squad Supervisor.  Laura reports to the Community Enterprise Manager.
