Raploch URC Ltd - Business Plan 2004

This plan sets out the strategic vision and investment programme for the first phase of regenerating Raploch. It deals with the period 2004 to 2012 and details how we intend to develop a community fit for the 21st century and how we will seek to ensure that no-one in Raploch is disadvantaged by virtue of where they live.
