Invitation to Tender (2006) - Housebuilding Phase

In 2006 Raploch URC invited contractors to tender for the house building phase of the regeneration of Raploch.

We conducted the tendering process electronically; it is our understanding that this had never been done before in Scotland, for a contract of this size.

Stirling University completed a comparative evaluation of our electronic process and they considered it to be a 'best value' approach.
