Bob Laverty is the Chief Executive. He is responsible for the successful delivery of the regeneration of Raploch and reports to the URC Board.

Pamela Brown is the Head of Social and Economic Regeneration. She is responsible for ensuring the delivery of training, employment and business opportunities, maximising community participation and ensuring that all activities are monitored and evaluated.
Nicole DeBrincat

Community Enterprise Manager

Nicole DeBrincat is the Manager for the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  She is responsible for developing the Community Enterprise learning centre and managing the delivery of the practical contracts.

Team Leader

John Connor is a Team Leader for the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  He is responsible for supervising small groups of trainees.  John also undertakes grounds maintenance and landscaping works.

Alister Sinclair is a Trainer for the Sustainable Community Enterprise. He is responsible for delivering training to both young people and adults in construction and grounds maintenance.  Alister also supports the trainees to overcome any barriers that may stop them from moving forward with their lives.

He is responsible for delivering training to both young people and adults in construction and grounds maintenance.  Billy also supports the trainees to overcome any barriers that may stop them from moving forward with their lives.

Head of Physical Built Environment

Kevin Braidwood is the Head of Physical Built Environment.  He is responsible for the successful delivery of the design and construction works as part of the regeneration of Raploch.

Marjorie Sloan is the Head of Corporate Affairs.  Marjorie is responsible for the finance, legal and information technology functions of the company.

Carol McGhee

Administrator

Carol McGhee is the Administrator of the URC. She divides her time between the URC and the Community Enterprise and is responsible for the administrative duties at both offices.

James McGuire

Team Leader

James McGuire is a Team Leader for the Sustainable Community Enterprise.  He is responsible for supervising small groups of trainees.  James also undertakes roads reinstatement and small construction works.
